SUMMARY : Lokanti (a bridal companion) is a cultural relationship in Eastern philosophy filled with aesthetic grace, and charm. In this film, the struggle and sacrifice made by a Lokanti for the attainment of her love have been portrayed. In the story, during a wedding ceremony between two distant villages, love blossoms between a Lokanti and a Lokante. But society places various accusations upon them and tries to separate their love. Despite familial pressure, no one is able to tear them apart.
